A life-long resident of Saskatoon and area, Clint received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree, both from the University of Saskatchewan. With over 25 years of legal experience in both private practice and as in-house counsel, he has focused on providing strategic legal advice in areas of law including corporate governance and securities, construction and large expansion projects, aviation, supply chain, real property and leases, occupational health and safety, and litigation.
Clint has served in various roles as in-house legal counsel with Nutrien for over 20 years. He was engaged in providing legal support in the merger of PotashCorp and Agrium in 2018 to form Nutrien. In his current role as Assistant General Counsel, Corporate Governance & Assistant Corporate Secretary, Clint provides strategic legal support on governance and corporate secretarial matters.
Clint has volunteered with the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Saskatoon from 2007 to 2011 and Big Brothers Big Sisters Canada from 2016 to 2020. He also previously served as a member of Council for the Saskatchewan Branch of the Canadian Bar Association. Clint completed the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program in 2024.
