Accessible taxi services and hand-controlled equipped vehicle rentals are available at YXE. We recommend contacting the respective car rental agency to coordinate your hand-controlled equipped vehicle rental 72 hours in advance.

Captain Taxi (306-242-0000), Hey Taxi (306-668-8888), Radio Cabs (306-242-2626), Metro Taxi (306-651-0000), Riide (306-652-2222), and Comfort Cab Group (306-242-6666) are YXE’s licensed on-demand taxi service providers for trips from the air terminal building. Taxis can be found along the terminal curbside or pre-arranged by calling in advance.
The Saskatoon Airport strongly encourages all guests to book drop-offs directly with a licensed operator. YXE licensed operators are fully trained in safety, customer service, security, and accessibility and follow the YXE approved Zone Fare Map to ensure our guests receive a fair and transparent fare.

THE SASKATOON AIRPORT IS PRIVATE PROERTY. Only authorized parties are permitted to pick up and drop off or conduct commercial operations at the airport. Unauthorized parties will be subject to access restrictions and potential delays when on airport lands.
The Saskatoon Airport provides its guests the opportunity to chose either the Taxi Zone Fare Flat Rate or the meter rate.
Taxi Zone rates are designated to provide airport travelers with guaranteed and reliable flat rates for taxi trips. It offers certainty for travelers by letting them know how much their taxi fare will be in advance. It also eliminates any perception that taxi drivers will take a less efficient route to the destination to increase rates. This program is consistent with other international airports across Canada. All customers using a licensed taxis leaving the airport will be able to pick either the updated taxi zone fare map rate or default to the meter rate. A $2 fee is built into the zone fare map or added to the meter fee for trips to and from the airport. In an effort to continuously improve the program, we encourage public feedback. It will offer certainty for travelers by letting them know how much their taxi fare will be in advance. It also eliminates any perception that taxi drivers will take a less efficient route to the destination to increase rates. This program is consistent with other international airports across Canada. Since its launch, we have been tracking the public feedback with the intent to amend the information as necessary after our annual review. We have now utilized this feedback from the community and worked with our licensed service providers to amend the flat rate zones and fares. All customers using a licensed taxis leaving the airport will be able to pick either the updated taxi zone fare map rate or default to the meter rate. Both rates will include the $2 airport trip fee. There are six on-airport car rental agencies operate from YXE, with vehicles located just outside the terminal. It should be noted that all other car rental agencies in Saskatoon that are not listed below are not located on airport property.

YXE has partnered with contracted rideshare organization, Uber. Contact your preferred rideshare organization through their app and meet them in the designated rideshare pick up and drop off area located along the public curb in front of the air terminal building.
Rideshare vehicles are welcome to wait for guests in the cell phone parking lot but are not permitted to wait along the designated curb area.
All commercial vehicles under license with the Saskatoon Airport are subject to a $2.00 pick-up and drop-off fee.
Many neighbouring hotels offer shuttle services to and from the Airport. Please note that the hotel shuttles are not wheelchair accessible.
Saskatoon Transit offers bus service to and from their downtown bus terminal where you can connect to various other routes. The City of Saskatoon recommends using Google Transit to plan your bus route to/from the Saskatoon Airport. Scheduled bus routes can be found with the City of Saskatoon here.
