  • How soon should I arrive at the airport for my flight?

    • For a domestic flight, you should arrive at the airport no later than 1.5 to 2 hours before departure time.
    • For a transborder flight, you should arrive at the airport no later than 2 hours before departure time.
    • For an international flight, you should arrive at the airport no later than 2 hours before departure time
  • I am Mobility Challenged and will require assistance.

    You will need to let your airline know at the time of booking that you will require wheelchair assistance to and from your flight. There are wheelchairs readily accessible just inside the terminal building for your convenience.

    Assistance in or out of the terminal from the curbside to the airline check-in counter, and from the baggage claim area upon receiving their luggage with the airline agent to the curbside is available on request.   • Can I bring my pet into the terminal?

    Animals are permitted in the terminal building granted the owner and animal follow policies including cleaning up after the animal and ensuring it is on a leash. There are 2 pet relief areas located pre-security at each end of the canopy in front of the terminal, and one is currently being installed that will be located post-security at the top of the escalator.

  • What are the airport hours?

    The pre-security area in the airport is open to the public 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For airline check-in hours please visit the airline that you are travelling with via their website or their customer service line.

  • Can I stay in the airport overnight?

    You are welcome to spend the night at the airport… but, if you would rather spend the night in a hotel, YXE has 3 hotels just down the street on Airport Drive. MainStay Suites Saskatoon, Courtyard by Marriott Saskatoon and Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton are all just moments away from the Airport Terminal.

  • Is there storage locker availability?

    YXE does not offer storage lockers on site.

    You can pay for parking either inside the airport at one of our pay stations (cash, debit or credit) located by each exit door. Or, you can pay by debit or credit card upon leaving the parking lot at one of the exit gates.
