Arrivals Hall

Project Description:

As the final phase of our comprehensive airport terminal rehabilitation, the newly completed Arrivals Hall will feature a redesigned car rental area, an expanded entry and exit vestibule, and seamless integration with the rest of the terminal to create a cohesive and welcoming experience.

Inspired by the natural beauty of Saskatchewan, the space will reflect elements of the sun, the river, and the prairie grasses that define our region.

Start Date:  Fall 2025

Estimated Completion Date: Late 2026

What to expect during the current phase:

  • The full project will be completed in phases, beginning with the replacement and rehabilitation of Baggage Carousel 3 and the Arrivals Hall washrooms.
  • Wayfinding and signage will be implemented to safely guide guests through the construction areas as necessary.
  • During the renovations, alternative washrooms will be available in the center core and departures hall.
  • Actual results may differ from those illustrated.

Escalators

Project Description:

As part of life-cycle replacement, we will be replacing our 2 main escalators that connect our pre-board screening area to all departure gates.

Start Date: Fall 2025

Estimated Completion Date: Spring 2026

What to expect:

  • Each escalator replacement is expected to take approximately 16 weeks to complete, with work occurring on one escalator at a time.
  • While one escalator is out of service, guests will be able to access all departure gates and the Arrivals Hall using the remaining operational escalator and a portion of the adjacent staircase.
  • Guests are encouraged to use the elevator located directly beside the escalators.
  • If accessibility support is needed to reach your gate, please contact your airline in advance to make necessary arrangements.
